Upload list could dereference stale upload rows

Summary¶

The Uploading list could dereference stale row payloads while upload clients were removed or recycled.

Landed on main in commit fb51a46 (BUG-042 guard upload-list stale rows).

Upload rows now validate their backing client before formatting display data.
