Kad contact list could dereference stale contact rows

Summary¶

Kad contact rows could outlive their backing routing/contact objects.

Landed on main in commit eecee44 (BUG-046 guard kad-contact stale rows).

The routing layer now exposes membership helpers and the Kad contact list checks them before displaying row data.
