IRC channel tabs were not detached before channel objects were deleted

Summary¶

IRC channel tabs could keep stale tab payloads while channel objects were being removed.

Landed on main in commit 30a2682 (BUG-049 clear IRC channel tabs before deleting channels).

Channel tabs are now cleared before the backing channel entries are destroyed.
