Chat tabs were not detached before chat items were deleted

Summary¶

Chat tabs could hold stale payloads while chat items were removed.

Landed on main in commit dfcb6a1 (BUG-050 clear chat tabs before deleting chat items).

The chat selector now clears tab state before deleting the associated chat objects.
