IRC channel rows were not cleared before channel entries were deleted

IRC channel rows could outlive their backing channel entries.

Landed on main in commit 1cddfd6 (BUG-051 clear IRC channel rows before deleting entries).

The IRC channel list now clears row payloads before deleting channel entries.
