AICH recovery accepted invalid part bounds

Summary¶

AICH recovery could accept invalid part indexes and underflow size calculations on boundary cases.

Landed on main in commit d83f9f3 (BUG-055 harden AICH recovery bounds).

The recovery path now validates part count, file length, zero-length state, and safe block availability before proceeding.
