REST log route lacked the expected get alias seam

Summary

The REST log endpoint needed a stable get alias seam for API route coverage and route compatibility.

Mainline Outcome

Landed on main in commit 6c4d868 (BUG-067 add REST log get alias).

The web JSON seam surface now exposes the expected log-get alias.
